Cancellation Policy & General Information

1.) All gear is included in the trip: Life vests, booties, wet suits and helmets.

2.) User fee of 5% applied to all trips.

3.) Lunch provided on all full-day trips. Lunch includes a sandwich, chips, cookie or brownie and water.

4.) All check-ins are in house at our downtown Steamboat Springs location at 1103 Lincoln Avenue. Guests are responsible for showing up on time. As a courtesy, we will wait 10 minutes after check-in for late parties, after that your entire party will be charged in full for not showing.

5.) Transportation for all trips originate from 1103 Lincoln Avenue. We do not provide transportation to the Elk River or the Colorado 1/2 day. Due to the volume of trips, we do not provide personalized pick-up or drop-off from area hotels/resorts.

6.) All or part of this operation is conducted on public lands under special permit from U.S.F.S.,  B.L.M, and Colorado State parks.  All guides are professional and medically trained. Outfitters license #269

7.) Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex accepted.

8.) CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY: At the time of booking we hold your reservation with a credit card (no deposit required).  To not be charged you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Full charge for any cancellation less than 48 hours in advance.

*PLEASE NOTE: If booking is made less than 48 hours in advance there will not be an opportunity to cancel without a charge.

9.) While gratuities are not included in the trip, they are customary and highly appreciated. Tips generally run 10-20% of trip cost.

10.) All guests over the age of 18 must sign their own waiver (link). If under 18, a parent or guardian must sign the waiver on the minors behalf.

12.) We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual. Due to the inherent risk of rafting, it is both the shop and/or the guides decision whether a trip is deemed reasonably safe based on the crew's ability or the current conditions of the river.
